Waiver and Release

The person signing this Waiver and Release represents and warrants that he/she is the owner and is responsible for the care and actions of the Dog(s) that he/she has listed and has the authority to sign this Waiver and Release of Liability.
The undersigned also agrees that he/she has also read the "Mastiff Picnic Rules" which are provided online when the said individual RSVP'd. (For a copy of the Mastiff Picnic Rules, the day of the event, visit our welcome table.)
The undersigned also takes full responsibility for the care and actions of the children they have listed on the Waiver and Release Log. We want nothing more than to provide a safe and fun picnic which is why we advise Parents and Guardians to inform children of basic safety rules around dogs and make sure they adhere to them. There will be absolutely NO RUNNING OR SCREAMING AT THE PICNIC. These types of actions frighten and startle the calmest of dogs and accidental bites may occur.
The undersigned hereby waives all of his/her rights which now exist or which may in the future exist to claim against or take any legal action against Kim Fish and Jan McNamee for any injury of any kind to the undersigned or to the Dog or to both, before, during or after the picnic taking place on the above date.
This Waiver and Release of Liability applies to any injury to the undersigned or the Dog no matter how the injury occurs and no matter whose fault it is. This is an absolute Waiver and Release of Liability and the undersigned hereby releases Kim Fish and Jan McNamee from all claims, demands, actions or causes of action arising out of the agreement with Kim Fish and Jan McNamee to provide services related to the picnic or any actions or omissions of Kim Fish and Jan McNamee in arranging, organizing or conducting the picnic.
The consideration for this Waiver and Release of Liability is the agreement by Kim Fish and Jan McNamee to provide services related to the picnic. This Waiver and Release of Liability is binding upon the undersigned and his/her heirs, successors, personal representatives and assigns.
By signing this Waiver of Liability, the person signing acknowledges having read and understood the Rules established by Kim Fish and Jan McNamee, which host the picnic.
