  • Have a rescue dog and just want to screen him?
  • Have a pet you don’t plan to breed?
  • You too can still send in urine!  This is NOT just for Mastiffs who are being bred; this is for YOUR Mastiffs health.
  • Rescue dogs may not have their pedigree’s, but don’t let that stop you from screening!  You too can test your dogs!

Special Thanks to Jeff Simmermon

To all please use this tread to thank Jeff Simmermon who is the Director of Digital Communications with Time Warner. As you all know the website wasn’t working for many users who have Time Warner as their Internet Service Provider. I have never seen this before so it was new to me and I called around trying to get answers, but no one could help me. I was even on the phone with Time Warner techs who were of no use, one even hung up on me… I was completely upset and thought that this issue would never get fixed. Then Jeff called me directly to insure that my issue was taken care of… Now that is what I call going above and beyond to help a customer… I sent an email to Jeff Simmermon and within seconds he called me directly to help me resolve this issue.. A few days later and a newly designed blog with Spam blocker and now we are back up and running… So if any one had an issue with the website not working please, please respond here to thank Jeff Simmermon of Time Warner…
